Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. dxwin always maintains an honest and transparent relationship with its players.
1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the dxwin platform and all related services. By accessing the dxwin website or creating an account, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.
dxwin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. A notice will be published on the platform if any changes are made. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that you have accepted the updated Terms.
These Terms are written in English and apply to players in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the English version of the Terms shall be considered final. Our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and other supplementary policies are an integral part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
The following eligibility requirements must be met to use dxwin's services:
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You must create the account on your own behalf and on your own initiative.
- You are not accessing from a country or region where online gaming is prohibited.
- Your account has never been cancelled or banned before.
- You are of sound mind and are voluntarily participating in gaming activities.
For the purpose of age verification, dxwin may request a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents at any time. If verification documents are not provided within the specified time, account activity may be temporarily suspended.
Creating an account on behalf of a minor or assisting them in gaming activities is strictly prohibited and punishable.
3. Account Registration & Management
3.1 Account Creation
Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and all accounts may be cancelled. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
Information provided at registration includes: full name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. If any of this information changes, dxwin must be notified immediately.
3.2 Login Credential Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account or transferring account ownership is strictly prohibited.
If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately. The registered account holder is responsible for all activity on the account.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
dxwin conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure security. The following documents may be requested for account verification:
- Scanned copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
- Bank account or mobile banking statement
- A recent selfie with photo
Until document verification is complete, large withdrawal amounts may be temporarily held. This is done solely to protect your funds.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit
Currently approved deposit methods on dxwin are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
Deposits must be made only from a method registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.
4.2 Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit.
Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions, and processing time may increase accordingly.

5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn an additional ৳1,000 bonus — making the total balance ৳2,000.
To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered to become eligible to withdraw the bonus.
5.2 Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer can be claimed only once.
- Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — unused bonuses will expire at the end of this period.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
- If a withdrawal is made before bonus conditions are met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited.
- If dxwin determines that an account has abused a bonus, the bonus may be withdrawn.
5.3 VIP Program
dxwin's VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback increases as you reach higher tiers — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% at Platinum. Cashback amounts are credited directly to the account.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Policy
All games on dxwin are conducted fairly and impartially. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface. In the event of a technical fault during a game, the relevant bet may be cancelled and the amount refunded.
6.2 Sports Betting
Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bet outcomes depend on the official result of the relevant match. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled after the match has started.
6.3 Live Casino & Slots
Live casino games are broadcast live with real dealers. Slot games use secure and certified Random Number Generators (RNG). If a technical issue occurs in any game, please contact dxwin support.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dxwin platform:
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
- Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial means.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
- Colluding with other players to fix outcomes.
- Attempting to breach any security measure of the platform.
- Creating an account with false information.
- Operating an account with a third party's funds.
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform for personal gain.
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, possible forfeiture of balance, and action may be taken under applicable law.
8. Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Closure by the User

8.2 Closure by dxwin
dxwin may suspend or cancel an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of Terms
- Providing false information
- Failure to submit verification documents
- Fraud or suspicious activity
- Account being inactive for an extended period
If an account is closed and the balance is found to be legitimate, the balance will be returned after verification is complete.
9. Limitation of Liability
dxwin accepts no liability for the following:
- Disruption to gameplay due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
- Failure of third-party software or devices.
- Force Majeure events or unforeseen circumstances.
- Unauthorized use of an account due to the user's own negligence.
- Financial losses from gaming — gaming is a form of entertainment, not a guaranteed source of income.
dxwin always makes every effort to ensure a safe and reliable service. However, no technology is entirely free of faults. Our support team will assist with any issues.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
dxwin uses SSL encryption to keep your personal information secure. We do not sell your information to third parties. However, information may be shared in the following cases:
- To relevant authorities to fulfill legal obligations.
- To approved payment providers for payment processing.
- For fraud prevention and security verification.

11. Changes & Updates to the Terms
dxwin reserves the right to amend, change, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to the registered email address and published on the website.
Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you have the option to close your account.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully effective.
